Wrap tape around the fullest part of chest. Keep level, not tight. Add 1–2" ease for comfort.

Measure around the narrowest part — about 1" above belly button. Breathe normally.

Stand feet together. Measure fullest part of hips — usually 7–9" below waist.

Length

Shoulder top straight down to where you want garment to end. Measure front & back.

Shoulder Width

Tip of one shoulder across back to tip of other shoulder. Very important for suit fit.
